Welcome to On the Rocks AZ. By booking our mobile bartending services or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

1. General Information

On the Rocks AZ (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides mobile bartending and beverage service for private and public events throughout Arizona. These Terms & Conditions govern all bookings, inquiries, and website usage.

By hiring our services or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Booking & Reservations

2.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

• A service agreement has been signed, and

• A deposit (if applicable) has been paid.

Until both steps are completed, dates are not guaranteed.

2.2 Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of [your amount or percentage] is required to secure your event date.
The remaining balance is due [X days] before the event unless otherwise stated.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

• Client cancellations made [X days/weeks] before the event may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit).

• Cancellations made after that window are non-refundable.

• If On the Rocks AZ must cancel due to an emergency, the client will receive a full refund.​

3. Alcohol Service & Legal Responsibilities

3.1 Age Verification

We strictly comply with Arizona state liquor laws.
All guests consuming alcohol must be 21+ and present valid identification on request.

3.2 Right to Refuse Service

Our bartenders reserve the right to:

• Refuse alcohol to any guest who appears intoxicated

• Refuse service to minors

• Stop service entirely if safety concerns arise

This is for the safety of guests and compliance with Arizona law.

3.3 Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide a safe environment for our staff

• Ensure no minors consume alcohol

• Accept liability for guest behavior outside of our control

On the Rocks AZ is not responsible for injuries, damages, or incidents resulting from guest alcohol consumption.​

4. Event Requirements

4.1 Venue Approval

Clients must ensure the venue allows mobile bartending services and all necessary permits are secured.
Any venue fees, permits, or access requirements are the responsibility of the client.

4.2 Setup & Breakdown

Our team requires:

• Adequate space for the bar setup

• Access to water and electricity (if needed)

• Reasonable load-in and load-out accommodations

Additional fees may apply for difficult access, long distances, or special requests.​

5. Payment Terms

All payments must be made via approved methods: [cards, cash, online payments, etc.]
Late payments may result in cancellation of service.​

6. Website Use

6.1 Accuracy of Information

We aim to keep all website information accurate but cannot guarantee all content is error-free.
Pricing, services, and availability may change without notice.

6.2 Intellectual Property

All website content—including logos, photos, text, and branding—is the property of On the Rocks AZ and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.​

7. Limitation of Liability

On the Rocks AZ is not liable for:

• Damages caused by guests

• Delays or cancellations due to weather, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our control

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the event.​

8. Indemnification

The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless On the Rocks AZ and its staff from any claims, damages, or liabilities related to the event, alcohol consumption, or venue conditions.​

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected through bookings or communication is used solely to provide our services. We do not sell customer data.
